أ- يجوز منح موظفي الفئة العليا المكافآت والبدلات التالية :-
1 - مكافآت عن تمثيل الحكومة في مجالس إدارة المؤسسات الرسمية العامة أو المؤسسات
العامة، أو الشركات التي تساهم فيها أو في إدارتها الحكومة أو في الشركات التي تساهم فيها
المؤسسة العامة للضمان الاجتماعي.
2 - مكافأة أو بدل مقابل العضوية في أي لجنة أو مجلس أو هيئة شريطة أن يكون اجتماع أي منها
. خارج أوقات الدوام الرسمي
ب- يشترط لتطبيق الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة أن لا يتجاوز مجموع المكافآت والبدلات السنوية
( 50 ) من مجموع الراتب السنوي ويتم استرداد المبالغ التي حصل عليها أي منهم زيادة على %
