انتهاء الخدمة
تنتهي خدمة الموظف في أي من الحالات التالية:
أ- قبول الاستقالة.
ب- انتهاء مدة العقد أو إنهاؤه.
ج- فقد الوظيفة.
د- عدم اللياقة الصحية.
هـ- الاستغناء عن الخدمة.
و- العزل من الوظيفة.
ز- فقد الجنسية الأردنية.
( ح- التسريح من الخدمة وفقاً لأحكام المادة 143 ) من هذا النظام.
ط- إنهاء الخدمة للموظف الخاضع للضمان الاجتماعي.
ي- الإحالة على التقاعد أو الاستيداع وفقاً لأحكام قانون التقاعد المدني.
ك- الوفاة.
