تنتهي خدمة الموظف حكما في الحالات التالية:-
أ- إذا انتهت مدة العقد ولم يتم تجديده.
ب- إذا انتهت أو أنهيت خدمته وفق أحكام هذا النظام أو بموجب شروط العقد.
ج- إحالة الموظف على الاستيداع او التقاعد المبكر اذا كان مستوفياً لشروط الإحالة.
