أ- تكون مدة الترخيص سنتين من تاريخ قيد وكيل الإعسار في سجل وكلاء الإعسار وفقاً لأحكام
( الفقرة )ب( من المادة 16 ) من هذا النظام.
ب- على وكيل الإعسار تقديم طلب لتجديد ترخيصه قبل ستين يوماً من تاريخ انتهائه وفقا
للنموذج المعد لهذه الغاية معززاً بما يلي:-
1 . ما يثبت التحاقه بدورات التعليم المستمر التي تقرر اللجنة الزاميتها لغايات تجديد ترخيصه
. وإتمامه متطلبات التعليم المستمر المحددة من قبل اللجنة
2 . . أن يسدد رسوم التجديد المحددة في هذا النظام
