تطبق أحكام قانون ضريبة الدخل المعمول به والانظمة والتعليمات الصادرة بموجبه على ما
يلي:-
أ- انشطة المؤسسات غير المسجلة لدى الهيئة والعاملة في المنطقة التنموية ? 0
ب-الانشطة غير المرخصة للمؤسسات المسجلة داخل المنطقة التنموية ? 0
ج-اي حالة اخرى غير منصوص عليها في هذا النظام والتعليمات الصادرة بموجب القانون وهذا ?
