ب. للمراقب إصدار الشهادات و/أو المصدقات بالوسائل الالكترونية ويكون لها ذات الآثار
القانونية للوثائق الأصلية .
ج. للمراقب اعتماد الوسائل الالكترونية لغايات تسديد الرسوم المستوفاة من الدائرة .
