Article text
أ- يكون لموظفي الوزارة المفوضين خطيا من الوزير لغايات قيامهم بمهامهم صفة الضابطة
العدلية في حدود اختصاصهم وفق الأحكام المقررة في قانون أصول المحاكمات الجزائية،
وللموظفين المفوضين الحق في ضبط اي مخالفة لأحكام هذا الفصل والانظمة الصادرة
لتنفيذه والتفتيش داخل المنطقة ، ولهذه الغاية يجوز لهم الدخول إلى اي مكان وتدقيق
المستندات والاطلاع على كافة الوثائق والسجلات والبيانات الالكترونية .
ب- يلتزم الموظفون المشار إليهم في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة عند دخولهم المؤسسة
المسجلة بمراعاة أنظمتها الداخلية واجراءاتها الخاصة بالسلامة والحماية للمواد والمعاملات
الحساسة.
