الفصل الخامس
تسجيل الأنشطة الاقتصادية وترخيصها
أ- يتم تسجيل الشركات والمؤسسات الفردية وفق أحكام التشريعات ذات العلاقة.
ب-لا يشترط لتسجيل أي شركة أو مؤسسة فردية الحصول على موافقة مسبقة من أي جهة أخرى
ما لم ينص أي تشريع على غير ذلك .
