كل سفينة اردنية غير مسجلة تغادر الميناء ، يجري توقيفها واذا قبض عليها في البحر فتساق الى
الميناء حيث يحجزها المدير
وينظم محضراً بذلك. ويحول هذا المحضر للمحكمة المختصة ، وترسل نسخة عنه الى وزير النقل.
