الفصل الاول
شروط تكوين العقد وصحة التزامات المؤمن له
( المادة 296 )
التأمين البحري هو عقد يرضى بمقتضاه المؤمن بتعويض المؤمن له من الضرر اللاحق به في
معرض رحلة بحرية عن هلاك حقيقي
لقيمة ما مقابل دفع قسط على ان لا يجاوز هذا التعويض قيمة الاشياء الهالكة.
