على الشركات التي قررت الاندماج اعداد حسابات مستقلة عن أعمالها باشراف مدققي حساباتها
من تاريخ صدور قرار الهيئة
العامة للشركة بالموافقة على الاندماج وحتى تاريخ صدور قرار الهيئة العامة للشركة بالموافقة
على الاندماج النهـائي
وتعرض نتائج اعمال هذه الشركات للفترة المذكوره على الهيئة العامة المشار اليها في المادة
( 232 ) من هذا القانون او
. الـشركاء فيها حسب مقتضى الحال وذلك بتقرير مصدق من مدققي حساباتها لاقرارها
