المادة 11 :
أ- يؤلف مجلس يسمى "المجلس الأعلى لتشجيع الإستثمار " برئاسة رئيس الوزراء وعضوية كل
من:
وزير الصناعة والتجارة - نائبا ًللرئيس
وزير المالية - عضواً
وزير التخطيط - عضواً
وزير السياحة - عضواً
وزير النقل - عضواً
محافظ البنك المركزي - عضواً
المدير العام - عضوا/مقرراً
رئيس اتحاد الغرف التجارية الأردنية - عضواً
رئيس غرفة صناعة عمان - عضواً
ثلاثة أشخاص من القطاع الخاص من ذوي الكفاءة والخبرة يعينهم رئيس المجلس بتنسيب من
الوزير لمدة سنتين قابلتين للتجديد
- أعضاء
ب- يعقد المجلس إجتماعاته كلما دعت الحاجة الى ذلك بدعوة من رئيسه أو نائبه في حالة
غيابه ، ويكون إجتماعه قانونيا
اذا حضره ثلثا أعضائه على أن يكون الرئيس أو نائبه في حالة غيابه من بينهم ويصدر المجلس
قراراته بالإجماع أو بأكثرية
أصوات الحاضرين ، وعند تساوي الأصوات يرجح الجانب الذي أيده رئيس الجلسة.
