Article text
المادة 12 :
يتولى المجلس تهيئة البيئة الملائمة للإستثمار بما يؤدي الى تحقيق أهداف التنمية الشاملة ،
وله في سبيل ذلك ما يلي:-
أ- إقرار الاستراتيجية الوطنية الخاصة بالإستثمار بما في ذلك تنمية القطاعات الانتاجية وتطويرها
ومتابعة تنفيذها.
ب- إقرار السياسات الاستثمارية.
ج- إقرار السياسة الترويجية للاستثمار ومتابعة تنفيذها.
د- النظر في الأنظمة الخاصة بالاستثمار.
