تتكون موجودات الحساب من جميع الاموال المنقولة وغير المنقولة التي تملكها الوزارة لغايات
الاتجار بالمواد الاساسية
وتخزينها وتشغيل المرافق الخاصة بها بالاضافة الى المخصصات التي ترصد في الموازنة العامة
للمرافق والمشاريع الراسمالية
الخاصة بالحساب.
