إذا ثبت ارتكاب أي عضو مخالفة لأحكام هذا النظام أو قواعد ممارسة المهنة وآدابها الصادرة عن
الاتحاد، فلمجلس المهنة اتخاذ أي من الإجراءات التأديبية التالية:-
أ- التنبيه.
ب-الإنذار.
ج-حرمان العضو من التصويت على قرارات الجمعية العمومية لدورة واحدة فقط.
