Article text
أ- على الرئيس تبليغ العضو بالقرار الصادر بحقه من مجلس المهنة وللعضو حق الاعتراض عليه
خطياً إلى مجلس الإدارة خلال مدة ( لا تزيد على 15 ) يوماً من تاريخ تبلغه له على أن يتم البت في
( الاعتراض خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 30 ) يوماً من تاريخ تقديمه ويعتبر هذا القرار نهائياً سواء صدر
بالمصادقة على قرار مجلس المهنة أو بفسخه وإعادته إليه للنظر في المخالفة مجدداً ووفقاً
لأسباب الفسخ.
ب - على الرئيس تبليغ العضو بأي من القرارات الصادرة بحقه وفقاً لأحكام الفقرة (أ) من هذه
( المادة خلال 7 ) أيام على الأكثر من تاريخ صدورها.
