أ- يكون للكلمات التالية حيثما وردت في هذا النظام المعاني المخصصة لها أدناه ما لم تدل
القرينة على غير ذلك:-
ب- تعتمد التعاريف
القانون : قانون العمل.
الواردة في القانون حيثما
الوزارة : وزارة العمل.
ورد النص عليها في هذا
النظام ما لم تدل القرينة
الوزير : وزير العمل.
على غير ذلك .
الشركة : الشركة المرخصة وفقاً لأحكام
هذا النظام للوساطة لتشغيل الأردنيين داخل
المملكة وخارجها.
اللجنة : لجنة تنظيم شؤون شركات الوساطة لتشغيل
الأردنيين داخل المملكة وخارجها المشكلة
بمقتضى أحكام هذا النظام.
الرخصة : الوثيقة الخطية أو الإلكترونية الصادرة عن
الوزارة التي تسمح للشركة القيام بأعمال
الوساطة لتشغيل الأردنيين وفقاً لأحكام
القانون وهذا النظام.
