Regulation on Licensing Employment Intermediary Companies Inside and Outside Jordan No. 35 of 2024

-أ- يشكل الوزير من بين موظفي الوزارة لجنة تسمى (لجنة تنظيم شؤون شركات الوساطة
لتشغيل الأردنيين داخل المملكة وخارجها)، ويسمي الوزير من بين أعضائها رئيساً للجنة ونائباً له.
ب- تتولى اللجنة المهام والصلاحيات التالية :-
1 - النظر في طلبات الحصول على الرخصة أو إلغائها والتنسيب بذلك إلى الوزير.
2 - النظر في منظومة التشريعات الخاصة بعمل شركات الوساطة ورفع أي مقترحات بشأنها
. إلى الوزير
3 - النظر في كافة الأمور المتعلقة بالشركة والتنسيب للوزير لاتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة بشأنها
. وفقاً لأحكام هذا النظام
4 - النظر في أي أمور أخرى يكلفها بها الوزير.
ج- تجتمع اللجنة بدعوة من رئيسها أو نائبه عند غيابه كلما دعت الحاجة لذلك ويكون اجتماعها
قانونياً بحضور أغلبية أعضائها وتتخذ قراراتها بأغلبية أصوات أعضائها.
