التنظيم وترخيص الإعمار في المنطقة
- يتولى المطور الرئيسي مراقبة أعمال الإعمار المنفذة في المنطقة ومراقبة التزام كافة
الأنشطة الاقتصادية العاملة في المنطقة بالمتطلبات البيئية والتنظيمية المطبقة وإبلاغ
الوزارة بأي مخالفات مرتكبة .
