مسح تنظيمي وفق متطلبات قانون تنظيم المدن والقرى والأبنية ويتكون المخطط الشمولي
للمنطقة من:-
أ -الخطة التنموية الشاملة.
ب - المخطط الهيكلي.
ج - المخططات التفصيلية.
