( - أ-على لجنة تقدير التعويض إنجاز مهمة تقدير التعويض في موعد لا يتجاوز 90 ) يوم عمل من
تاريخ البدء في اجراءات هذا التقدير، وإذا لم تقم بإنجازه خلال هذه المدة لأسباب مبررة فيجوز
تمديدها لمدة مماثلة بقرار من الوزير.
ب- تصدر لجنة تقدير التعويض قرارها بأغلبية أصوات أعضائها ويكون قرارها نهائيا بعد تصديقه
من مجلس الوزراء.
ج- يجوز الطعن بقرار لجنة تقدير التعويض المنصوص عليه في الفقرة (ب) من هذه المادة لدى
( محكمة استئناف عمان خلال 30 ) يوماً من تاريخ تبليغ القرار ويكون قرارها قطعياً.
