تحدد اتعاب الخبراء الذين تم تعيينهم وفقا لأحكام هذا النظام
بمقتضى أسس تصدرها الوزارة لهذه الغاية ويتحمل كل من الوزارة
والمطور الرئيسي أتعاب الخبير الذي يمثله في لجنة تقدير التعويض
ويتحمل الطرفان اتعاب الخبير الثالث مناصفة.
