أ- تقوم دائرة مراقبة الشركات بالتنسيق مع الجهات الرسمية التي تتولى تسجيل او ترخيص
الأنشطة الاقتصادية في المملكة لتحقيق التبادل الانسيابي للبيانات والمعلومات للوصول
للتكامل بين الانظمة المعنية.
ب- لدائرة مراقبة الشركات إبرام مذكرات التفاهم مع الجهات الرسمية ذات العلاقة لغايات
تحقيق اهداف إنشاء السجل العام وتنفيذ التنسيق المطلوب فيما بينهم.
