أ- يمكن من خلال السجل الاستعلام عن رخص المهن من خلال الاسم التجاري أو اسم التاجر
(الفرد أو الشريك) أو رقم المنشأة الوطني ، أو الأنشطة الاقتصادية اوالغايات التجارية او التقارير
التي تتضمن احصائيات حول:-
1 - الأنشطة الاقتصادية الأكثر ترخيصاً.
2 - . إجمالي عدد الرخص حسب النشاط الاقتصادي
3 - . إجمالي عدد الرخص حسب قطاع النشاط الاقتصادي
4 - . إجمالي عدد الرخص حسب الشكل القانوني للمنشأة
ب-لوزير الصناعة والتجارة والتموين ان يصدر التعليمات اللازمة لعمل وادارة وإدامة السجل
العام.
ج - للوزارة وأي جهة رسمية حق الوصول والاطلاع على السجل العام الإلكتروني.
