رسوم الرهن البحري
تستوفى رسوم الرهن البحري على النحو التالي:
- ا 1 من مبلغ الدين عند تسجيل عقد الرهن او حوالته. %
ب- دينار اردني عند تسجيل اي تغيير او تعديل في شروط عقد الرهن شريطة ان لا يتناول التغيير
اسمي الراهن او المرتهن.
ج- دينار اردني عند نقل حقوق الراهن المتوفي الى الورثة.
د- دينار اردني عن معاملة فك الرهن.
- هـ 3 من مبلغ الدين عند التنفيذ. %
