( مع مراعاة أحكام المادة 15 ) من القانون ، يشترط فيمن يرشح نفسه لعضوية مجلس إدارة الغرف
التجارية أو
لتمثيل القطاعات التجارية أن يكون قد مضى على انتسابه للغرفة التجارية مدة لا تقل عن
سنتين ماليتين
قبل التاريخ المحدد لإجراء الانتخابات .
