لا يجوز لاي مالك احداث تعديل في الاجزاء المشتركة بغير موافقة جميع الملاك حتى عند تجديد
البنا ءالا
اذا كان التعديل الذي يقوم به من شأنه ان يعود بالنفع على تلك الاجزاء ودون ان يغير من
تخصيصها او يلحق الضرر بالملاك
الاخرين.
