1 - على صاحب السفل ان يقوم بالاعمال والترميمات اللازمة لمنع سقوط العلو.
2 - فاذا امتنع عن القيام بهذه الترميمات فللمحكمة بناء على طلب المتضرر ان تأمر باجراء

الرجوع على صاحب السفل بما يصيبه من النفقات.
