يثبت امتياز الاجرة المشار اليه في المادة السابقة ولو كانت المنقولات مملوكة لزوجة المستأجر
او للغير
الذي يجهل المؤجر حقه وذلك مع مراعاة الاحكام الخاصة بالمنقول المسروق او الضائع.
