يثبت امتياز دين الايجار على المنقولات والمحصولات الموجودة بالعين المؤجرة والمملوكة
للمستأجر الثاني
اذا نص في العقد على منع المستأجر من التأجير لغيره فاذا لم ينص على ذلك فلا يثبت الامتياز
الا للمبالغ المستحقة للمستأجر
الاصلي في ذمة المستأجر منه عند المطالبة.
