1 - يجوز البيع بشرط التجربة مع الاتفاق على مدة معلومة فان سكت المتبايعان عن تحديدها في
العقد حملت على
المدة المعتادة.
2 - ويلتزم البائع بتمكين المشتري من التجربة.
