1 - يجوز للمشتري في مدة التجربة اجازة البيع او رفضه ولو لم يجرب المبيع ويشترط في حالة
. الرفض اعلام البائع
2 - اذا انقضت مدة التجربة وسكت المشتري مع تمكنه من تجربة المبيع اعتبر سكوته قبولا ولزم
