2 - التأمين على الحياة:
يلتزم المؤمن في التأمين على الحياة بأن يدفع الى المؤمن له او الى المستفيد المبالغ المتفق
عليها عند
وقوع الحادث المؤمن منه أو حلول الاجل المنصوص عليه في العقد دون حاجة لاثبات ما لحق
المؤمن له او المستفيد من ضرر.
