( اذا توفي موظف اثناء وجوده في الخدمة فتعطى عائلته راتبا تقاعديا يعادل 75 ) من الراتب %
التقاعدي الذي يستحقه فيما
لو بقى على قيد الحياة على ان لا يقل عن ثلث راتبه الشهري الاخير اذا بلغت خدمته المقبولة
للتقاعد عشر سنوات وعلى
ان لا يقل عن ربع راتبه الشهري الاخير اذا نقصت مدة خدمته عن ذلك.
