Article text
أ- تكون الدائرة التي يعمل فيها الموظف الذي منح إجازة دون راتب وعلاوات ملزمة بإعادته إلى
الخدمة المدنية بالدرجة التي كان فيها
عند بدء الإجازة وبالراتب الاساسي الذي كان يتقاضاه في ذلك الوقت،وفي جميع الأحوال إذا كان
قد تم التعيين على حسابها فيعاد الموظف إلى
درجته السابقة عند انتهاء مدة إجازته أو انتهاء العقد السنوي للموظف المعين عليها أيهما
أسبق.
ب- يجوز بقرار من المرجع المختص بناء على طلب الموظف قطع الإجازة دون راتب وعلاوات في
حالات استثنائية ومبررة وبما لا يتعارض مع مصلحة العمل وتوافر الشاغر
