إذا أُصيب الموظف بمرض وهو خارج المملكة بمهمة رسمية أو إجازة قانونية فيستحق إجازة
مرضية لا تتجاوز أسبوعا واحداً
بناءً على تقرير من طبيب، وعلى الموظف في هذه الحالة أن يعلم دائرته برقياً بمرضه بأسرع
وقت ممكن وأن يرسل إليها التقرير الطبي الذي حصل عليه بمرضه.
