Real Property Ownership Law No. 13 of 2019
Article text
على من يعلم بتعرض علامة تحديد أو مساحة للتخريب أو
للنقل من مكانها أو للإزالة أو للطمس، أن يخبر الحاكم
الإداري بذلك خلال مدة لا تتجاوز ( 3 ) ثلاثة أيام من وقت
علمه به، ويشمل هذا بوجه خاص:-
أ - مالك العقار الذي نصبت فيه العلامة ومن في حكمه
من مشغل له أو مستخدم فيه أو صاحب حق أو مصلحة
فيه.
ب- مالكي العقارات التي نصبت علامة تحديد أو مساحة
على حد مشترك بينها، ومن في حكمهم.
ج- مختار القرية الأقرب موقعاً إلى علامة التحديد أو
المساحة الواقعة في أي من حراج الخزينة أو في عقار من
عقاراتها.
