Article text
أ- تنحصر صلاحية النظر والبت في الاعتراضات الواردة
على جدول الحقوق في المحكمة .
ب - تحال القضايا المنظورة أمام محكمة تسوية الأراضي
والمياه إلى المحكمة على ان تنظر فيها من النقطة التي
وصلت إليها.
ج- تمتنع المحاكم، فور نشر إعلان التسوية، عن النظر في
أي دعاوى ترفع إليها أو تنظر فيها بشأن أي حقوق تتعلق
بعقارات أو مياه واقعة في منطقة التسوية أو البت فيها،
وذلك الى حين الانتهاء من أعمال التسوية، إذا ما توقف
الحكم في تلك الدعاوى على نتيجة تسوية تلك الحقوق.
د- للمحكمة صلاحية إصدار قرار بوقف السير في إجراءات
أي معاملة تسجيل تتعلق بعقار أو مياه واقعة في منطقة
تسوية، إلى حين الانتهاء من أعمال التسوية أو صدور قرار
قطعي في الاعتراضات بشأن العقار أو المياه موضوع
تلك المعاملة.
