أ- لأي طرف الاعتراض خطياً على أي وثائق أو ادعاءات واردة في الطلب مرفقاً به الوثائق اللازمة
لاعتراضه وللجنة الاستيضاح من الأطراف حول ما قدم بالطلب.
ب- تنظر اللجنة في الاعتراض المقدم وفقاً للفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة وتصدر قرارها بشأنه ولها
تأجيل البت في الاعتراض مع القرار الصادر بنتيجة الطلب .
