أ- تصدر اللجنة قراراً خطياً فاصلا في الطلب على أن يشتمل هذا القرار على رقم الطلب وأسماء
أطرافه وحيثياته والإجراءات التي تمت فيه جميعها .
ب- يوقع القرار من رئيس اللجنة وأعضائها وكاتب جلساتها ويحرر من عدد من النسخ تسلم
لأطراف الطلب .
ج- يبلغ القرار الصادر في الطلب إلى الأطراف التي قررت اللجنة السير بإجراءات الطلب بحقهم
غيابياً.
