يعاقب بالأشغال المؤقتة خمس سنوات على الأقل كل اردني حاول بأعمال أو خطب أو كتابات أو
بغير ذلك
أن يقتطع جزءاً من الأراضي الأردنية ليضمها الى دولة أجنبية أو أن يملكها حقاً أو امتيازاً خاصاً
بالدولة الاردنية.
