1 - كل اردني قدم سكناً أو طعاماً أو لباساً لجندي من جنود الأعداء أو لجاسوس للاستكشاف وهو
. على بينة من أمره أو ساعده على الهرب عوقب بالأشغال المؤقتة
2 - كل أردني سهل الفرار لأسير حرب أو أحد رعايا العدو المعتقلين عوقب بالأشغال المؤقتة.
