1 - يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنة وبغرامة مقدارها مائتا دينار كل من فعل فعلا منافيا
للحياء او ابدى اشارة منافية للحياء في مكان عام او في مجتمع عام او بصورة يمكن معها لمن
كان في مكان عام ان يراه .
2 ( - تضاعف العقوبة اذا اقترف الفعل المنصوص عليه في الفقرة 1 ) من هذه المادة من اكثر من
