كل من أقدم قصداً على :
1 - ضرب شخصٍ على وجهه أو عنقه باستخدام الشفرات أو المشارط أو الأمواس أو ما شابهها من
. أدوات حادة يعاقب بالأشغال المؤقتة مدة لا تزيد على سبع سنوات مهما كانت مدة التعطيل
2 - القاء مواد حارقة أو كاوية أو مشوهة على وجه شخصٍ أو عنقه يعاقب بالأشغال المؤقتة مدة
. لا تقل عن سبع سنوات
