إذا أدى الفعل الى قطع او استئصال عضو او بتر أحد الأطراف او الى تعطيلها او تعطيل إحدى
الحواس عن العمل
، او تسبب في إحداث تشويه جسيم او أية عاهة أخرى دائمة او لها مظهرالعاهة الدائمة ، عوقب
الفاعل بالأشغال المؤقتة .
