1 ( - الجنح المنصوص عليها في المواد 415 ) ( و 416 ) ( و 419 ) ( و 420/1 ) (و 422 ) ( و 423/1 ) ( و 424 )
( و 425 )لا تلاحق الا بناء على
شكوى المتضرر ، ما لم يكن المتضرر مجهولاً.
2 ( - ان اساءة الائتمان المعاقب عليها بموجب المادة 422 ) تلاحق عفواً اذا رافقتها احدى الحالات
المشددة
( المنصوص عليها في الفقرات 2 ) ( و 3 ) ( و 4 ) ( و 5 ) ( من المادة 423 ).
