على كل من يصمم أو ينفذ برامج التدريب المهني والتقني أو المحل تصويب أوضـاعه وأوضـاع
العاملين لـديـه وفـق أحـكـام هـذا الـقـانـون والأنظمة الصادرة بمقتضاه، خلال مدة لا تتجاوز سنة
من تاريخ نفاذه، وللوزير تمديد هذه المدة بقرار مسبب إذا اقتضت الضرورة ذلك، ولهذه الغاية
يعتبر كل من مزود خدمات التدريب المعتمد من الهيئة وممارس المهنة الحاصل على إجازة
مزاولة المهنة قبل صدور أحكام هذا القانون وكأنه مرخص أو مجاز بمقتضاه.
