Article text
أ- تتولى لجنة التفتيش التفتيش على مزودي خدمات التدريب وعلى كل من يقوم بأعمالهم
وكل من يمارس المهنة وعلى المحلات للتحقق من تطبيق أحكام هذا القانون والأنظمة
الصادرة بمقتضاه.
ب-لغايات تطبيق أحكام الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة تمارس لجنة التفتيش الصلاحيات المخولة
لأفراد الضابطة العدلية بموجب قانون أصول المحاكمات الجزائية ويعمل بالضبط الذي تنظمه
في حدود وظيفتها حتى يثبت غير ذلك.
ج- تنذر لجنة التفتيش كل من يخالف أحكام هذا القانون أو الأنظمة الصادرة بمقتضاه بإزالة
( المخـالفـة خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 60 ) ستين يوما من تاريخ تبليغه خطيا بذلك، وفي حال تخلفه
فللوزير أن يقرر إغلاق مكان ممارسة العمل المخالف أو المحل إلى حين تصويب المخالفة أو
صدور قرار من المحكمة بشأنه.
