Article text
إذا تبين للمؤمن استرداد المؤمن له الأموال المؤمن عليها بعد قبضه مبلغ التعويض ولم يقم
( خلال 30 ) ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ الاسترداد بنقل ملكيتها إلى المؤمن، فله الحق بمطالبته برد مبلغ
التعويض المقبوض.
