Article text
أ - يعتبر مبلغ التأمين المحدد في عقد التأمين على الأموال إقرارا من المؤمن له بالقيمة الفعلية
للأموال المؤمن عليها سواء عند إبرام عقد التأمين أو عند تحقق الخطر المؤمن منه.
ب- إذا تم تعديل مبلغ التأمين خلال مدة سريان العقد فتحدد مسؤولية المؤمن عند تحقق الخطر
المؤمن منه وفقا لهذا التعديل أو وفقا للقيمة الفعلية للأموال المؤمن عليها، أيهما أقل.
